    Handles dispute resolution cases for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience and is recognized by specialized rankings as a leader in the areas of mediation and arbitration.

    Daniela is a CIArb fellow (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators) and holds a master’s degree and a PhD in civil procedure law from the University of Sao Paulo (USP). She is also a Professor at the São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getulio Vargas, teaching in the Graduate and Undergraduate Programs.

    She was previously a visiting scholar at Yale University and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and has authored books on Mediation and the Courts in Brazil and the USA, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Civil Procedure, Repeated Litigation in Brazil, among other numerous articles on mediation, arbitration, and ADR.

    She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo – FGV Direito SP, with a scholarship from the Research Support Foundation of the State of São Paulo (FAPESP). She holds a degree in Law at FGV Direito SP, with specialization in Arbitration at FGV Law. She also took a specialization course in Strategic Planning for Law Firms at FGVLaw.

    She is a researcher at the Center for Studies in Financial and Capital Markets at FGV Direito SP and is a organizer of the Corporate Law Study Group at FGV Direito SP. She is a member of the Young Arbitrators Committee and Mediation Committee of the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA), of the New Generation (CAM-CCBC), of INOVARB (AMCHAM) and of InfraWomen Brazil.
